Which AI video models do you actually use?
Runway Gen-4 for controllable character work, Kling for physical realism, Veo 3 for native audio and longer takes, Sora for stylised cinematic shots, Luma Dream Machine for fast iteration, Pika for effects, and Flux for image and style frames. We pick per shot, not per project.
How do you keep characters and brand worlds consistent across shots?
We lock reference imagery, train LoRAs on your hero characters or products, and run every shot through a style-frame approval gate before generation. The same consistency discipline runs through our [product photography work, and it carries directly into motion.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
Indicative bands: a 15 second social spot lands in 1 to 2 weeks, a 30 second hero ad in 2 to 3 weeks, a 60 second explainer in 3 to 4 weeks. Costs run roughly 60 to 80% below an equivalent traditional production. We quote properly after the brief call.
Who owns the footage and what about commercial licensing?
You do. On full payment, master files, all generated shots, source comps and the underlying prompt and LoRA library transfer to you on a perpetual royalty-free licence. We only use models with commercial-use terms and document the stack per project.
Can you work to our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. Send guidelines, brand films and reference reels and we calibrate the pipeline to match tone, palette, pacing and typography. Brand consistency is core to how we operate.
Are humans actually in the loop, or is this pure generation?
