Building products & propertySell the space before it exists.
Building products are bought on how they'll look in a finished space, usually before that space exists. We build it around your real materials, so what's on screen is a product a customer can look up.

- Austral Bricks
Austral Bricks · brand film, 2026. The house was built around Austral's own product swatches.
01The problem
Nobody thinks about bricks until the week they choose them.
Building products have a timing problem. The decision happens late, in a showroom or a builder's office, so the brand has to stay familiar for years before anyone is in the market.
And the product is judged up close. Colour, texture and finish have to be right in a space that hasn't been built yet, on a schedule a finished development rarely fits.

03How we work
Durability you can watch
- 01
Give the product a job
Not a cameo. In the Austral film the wall is the training partner, so durability stops being a claim and becomes the thing you watch.
- 02
Build from your swatches
The home was built around the actual product Austral supplied, so the brick on screen is a brick in the range.
- 03
Decide who it's for
Aspirational and still attainable for a national audience: not a mansion, and not so regional it speaks to one market. We didn't build a Queenslander. Traditionally they aren't brick.
- 04
Hold it across time
Seasons, weather and a decade of story, with colour, texture and the house itself held in every shot.

05Questions
Common questions
Can you work from our actual product?
Yes. Austral supplied physical swatches and the home in the film was built around them, so the brick on screen is a product a customer can look up.
Can you show a development that isn't built yet?
That's what this approach is for: build the space from the plans and the specified finishes, then show it finished, in any season or time of day.
Is this architectural visualisation?
It overlaps, but it's made to run as advertising: a story, casting, a grade and a reason to remember the brand.
Why not just shoot a finished home?
Sometimes you should. But the right home, finished, in the right season, with your product in every shot, is rarely there when the campaign is due.
